Website Terms and Conditions

This document is effective from the date above and applies to the public MMNT Productions website.

These Terms govern use of the public MMNT Productions website.

They do not govern an MMNT production, booking, or creative service. Every project is subject to its own accepted quotation, service agreement, or other written project contract. Those project documents govern scope, pricing, payment, schedule, revisions, cancellation, deliverables, usage rights, raw or source files, portfolio permission, confidentiality, insurance, and production responsibilities.

Nothing on the website constitutes a binding quotation, confirmation of availability, booking, or promise to perform services.

Visitors may browse the website and contact MMNT for legitimate personal or business purposes.

Ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines is not prohibited.

• Do not use the website unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the website or another system
• Do not introduce malware or interfere with website operation
• Do not impersonate another person or submit misleading information
• Do not bypass security, access, or rate controls
• Do not scrape, reproduce, or systematically extract protected material without permission
• Do not use website content to train or develop a commercial model or dataset without written permission
• Do not use automated activity in a way that degrades the website or violates applicable rights

Text, designs, branding, photographs, films, graphics, and other material displayed on the website may belong to MMNT, its clients, collaborators, or licensors.

Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit that material.

Permission to reuse particular material must be obtained in writing from the applicable rights holder.

A person who sends a message, brief, reference, or other material represents that they are permitted to share it with MMNT.

The person grants MMNT only the limited, non-exclusive permission reasonably necessary to receive, secure, review, and respond to the submission.

Submission through a website contact route does not create a project, booking, employment relationship, or confidentiality agreement; transfer ownership to MMNT; grant MMNT a perpetual advertising, social-media, or portfolio licence; or authorize MMNT to publish confidential or unreleased material.

Confidential or commercially sensitive material should be shared only through an agreed secure channel and, where appropriate, under a separate written agreement.

Discussions started through the website are preliminary.

MMNT services begin only under the applicable written project documents. If these Website Terms conflict with a signed project agreement regarding the project, the project agreement controls that project.

The website may link to or activate external services such as YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, or email applications.

MMNT does not control the availability, security, content, or privacy practices of those external services. Opening an external service is subject to that service's own terms and policies.

A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

MMNT may update, suspend, or remove website content or features.

The website is provided for general information and portfolio presentation. MMNT aims to keep it accurate and available but does not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Personal information associated with the website is handled as described in the Website Privacy Policy.

These Terms do not make browsing consent to optional analytics, advertising, or marketing.

Material changes will receive a revised date and version. Updated Website Terms apply prospectively from their stated effective date and do not amend an existing project agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply.

Before beginning court proceedings, MMNT and the affected person will attempt in good faith for 30 days to resolve the dispute amicably.

The competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
