This document is effective from the date above and applies to the public MMNT Productions website.

This website is operated by MMNT Productions S.A.R.L., Beirut, Lebanon, referred to as “MMNT,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to contact@mmntproductions.com.

This Policy applies to the public MMNT Productions website and information received when someone uses the website or follows its contact links.

It does not set the commercial or production terms for an MMNT project. Project records and client services are governed by the applicable quotation, service agreement, and other project-specific documents.

The private client-delivery portal is not currently active. Its privacy and operational terms will be reviewed separately before activation.

The online Production Brief is currently disabled. While it remains disabled, information entered into that form is not submitted to or stored by MMNT.

The website currently provides direct email and WhatsApp contact links. When a visitor uses one of those links, the message is handled by the visitor's and MMNT's relevant email or messaging providers rather than by the website form.

MMNT runs the Meta Pixel on the public website for advertising measurement, and it loads only after a visitor gives marketing consent. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not configured. A record of the visitor's consent choice is stored so the choice can be honoured and withdrawn.

YouTube is contacted only if a visitor chooses to activate a video. External Instagram, WhatsApp, and other links are contacted only when the visitor chooses to open them.

Before an online inquiry form, analytics provider, advertising provider, or client portal is activated, this Policy must be updated to identify the actual processing, provider, purpose, storage, retention, and transfer arrangements.

Website hosting and security systems may process limited technical information required to deliver and protect the website, such as the items below.

If a person contacts MMNT by email or WhatsApp, MMNT may receive the person's name, email address or phone number, company or brand, message, project description, and any material the person chooses to provide.

Visitors should not send passwords, financial credentials, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive information unless MMNT has specifically requested it through an approved secure channel.

• IP address and approximate network location
• Browser, device, and user-agent information
• Requested page, date, and time
• Security, error, and abuse-prevention events

MMNT may use website-related information for the purposes below.

An inquiry is not permission to send marketing communications. Any future marketing subscription must be optional and separately withdrawable.

• Respond to a message or inquiry
• Assess whether MMNT can assist with a proposed project
• Prevent misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights

The website is currently hosted using Vercel. Technical request and security information may therefore be processed through Vercel's infrastructure.

A visitor may also choose to interact with external services including YouTube, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Email communications are processed through the email services used by the sender and MMNT.

Some providers may process information outside Lebanon. MMNT will not publish a provider, location, safeguard, or transfer promise that has not been verified. This Policy will be updated before any additional provider or processing activity is activated.

MMNT does not sell or rent personal information.

MMNT applies the following retention rule:

An inquiry that does not become a project will be retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive communication.

If an inquiry becomes a project, information needed for that project may become part of the project record and will be handled under the applicable contract, accounting, and legal-retention requirements.

Information may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for a legal obligation, security investigation, dispute, or legal claim.

When active information is deleted, residual copies may remain temporarily in provider backups or security records until those records expire through the provider's documented deletion cycle.

A person may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, or ask MMNT to restrict or explain its use, where applicable.

Requests should be sent to contact@mmntproductions.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” MMNT may request reasonable identity verification before disclosing or changing information.

MMNT aims to acknowledge a request within seven business days; complete or substantively respond within 30 calendar days, unless additional time is permitted or reasonably required; and explain when information cannot be deleted because it must be retained for a legal obligation or claim.

MMNT uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the website and the information being handled. No website or communication system can guarantee absolute security.

If MMNT becomes aware of an incident affecting personal information, it will investigate, contain, and respond to the incident in accordance with its verified legal and operational obligations.

The website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. MMNT does not knowingly seek personal information from children through the website.

Material changes will receive a new effective date, updated version number, and a summary of the change. MMNT will provide direct notice or request renewed consent where required.

Continued browsing alone will not be treated as consent to optional analytics, advertising, or another activity that requires explicit consent.
