Website Privacy Policy

This document is effective from the date above and applies to the public MMNT Productions website.

Summary of changes in version 1.1: the online Production Brief and the private client-delivery portal are now active, and this Policy describes the information each one handles, the providers involved, and how long information is kept. Version 1.0 was effective from 16 August 2026.

This website is operated by MMNT Productions S.A.R.L., Beirut, Lebanon, referred to as “MMNT,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

This Policy applies to the public MMNT Productions website and information received when someone uses the website or follows its contact links.

It does not set the commercial or production terms for an MMNT project. Project records and client services are governed by the applicable quotation, service agreement, and other project-specific documents.

It also covers the private client-delivery portal described below. The Client Portal & Delivery Terms set the conditions for using that portal.

The online Production Brief is active. When a visitor submits it, the information described in the next section is sent to MMNT and stored.

The website also provides direct email and WhatsApp contact links. When a visitor uses one of those links, the message is handled by the visitor's and MMNT's relevant email or messaging providers rather than by the website form.

MMNT runs the Meta Pixel on the public website for advertising measurement, and it loads only after a visitor gives marketing consent. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not configured. A record of the visitor's consent choice is stored so the choice can be honoured and withdrawn.

MMNT uses a privacy-focused website analytics service to count visits and page views, including the page visited, the referring website, approximate country, and browser and device type. It loads only after a visitor allows analytics, sets no cookies, and is not used for advertising.

YouTube is contacted only if a visitor chooses to activate a video. External Instagram, WhatsApp, and other links are contacted only when the visitor chooses to open them.

Before any additional analytics provider, advertising provider, or other processing activity is activated, this Policy will be updated to identify the actual processing, provider, purpose, storage, retention, and transfer arrangements.

The Production Brief collects the information a visitor enters: name, work email, brand or company, the service and objective, timing and any target launch date, working budget, the project description, an optional phone or WhatsApp number, an optional reference link, and the preferred contact method. MMNT also records when the visitor accepted this Policy and which version they accepted, and gives each brief a reference number.

MMNT uses this information to review the brief, reply to the visitor, and assess whether MMNT can help with the project. Submitting a brief does not subscribe anyone to marketing.

A bot-protection check reviews technical browser and device signals to confirm that a brief is sent by a person rather than an automated program. To limit repeated submissions, the brief service keeps one-way hashes of the visitor's network address and email address for no longer than 24 hours.

The brief is stored in a database operated for MMNT by its infrastructure provider. MMNT receives a copy by email, and the visitor receives a confirmation email with the reference number; both are sent through MMNT's email delivery provider.

MMNT uses a private portal to deliver finished files to clients. MMNT sends each delivery as a private link and a separate password; clients do not create an account.

For each delivery, MMNT records the client name, an optional client email address, the delivery title, the delivered files and their names, when the delivery was published and when it expires, and a history of access and downloads. The access and download history is kept for 12 months. Network addresses used to limit repeated password attempts are stored only as one-way hashes and cleared within a day.

When a client enters the correct password, the portal sets one necessary session cookie so the client can download files. It is not used for analytics or advertising, and it expires no later than the delivery itself.

Delivered files are stored in the European Union. Access ends 720 hours (30 days) after MMNT publishes the delivery, or earlier if MMNT ends it, and the files are then deleted automatically. The rest of the delivery record described above is kept as part of MMNT's project records.

The portal contains no analytics or advertising technology.

Website hosting and security systems may process limited technical information required to deliver and protect the website, such as the items below.

If a person contacts MMNT by email or WhatsApp, MMNT may receive the person's name, email address or phone number, company or brand, message, project description, and any material the person chooses to provide.

Visitors should not send passwords, financial credentials, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive information unless MMNT has specifically requested it through an approved secure channel.

• IP address and approximate network location
• Browser, device, and user-agent information
• Requested page, date, and time
• Security, error, and abuse-prevention events

MMNT may use website-related information for the purposes below.

An inquiry is not permission to send marketing communications. Any future marketing subscription must be optional and separately withdrawable.

• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website
• Respond to a message or inquiry
• Assess whether MMNT can assist with a proposed project
• Prevent misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights

The website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. Technical request and security information may therefore be processed through that provider's infrastructure.

Other service providers run the Production Brief service, its bot protection and database, the client-delivery portal and its file storage, website visit measurement when a visitor allows analytics, and the delivery of Production Brief emails. They process information to provide those services to MMNT.

A visitor may also choose to interact with external services including YouTube, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Email communications are processed through the email services used by the sender and MMNT.

Some of these providers may process information outside Lebanon, including in the United States and the European Union. MMNT will not publish a provider, location, safeguard, or transfer promise that has not been verified. This Policy will be updated before any additional provider or processing activity is activated.

MMNT does not sell or rent personal information.

MMNT applies the following retention rule:

An inquiry that does not become a project will be retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive communication.

Production Brief submissions are deleted automatically from the brief database 12 months after they are submitted.

Files in the client-delivery portal are deleted automatically after the delivery's access period ends.

If an inquiry becomes a project, information needed for that project may become part of the project record and will be handled under the applicable contract, accounting, and legal-retention requirements.

Information may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for a legal obligation, security investigation, dispute, or legal claim.

When active information is deleted, residual copies may remain temporarily in provider backups or security records until those records expire through the provider's documented deletion cycle.

A person may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, or ask MMNT to restrict or explain its use, where applicable.

Requests should be sent to contact@mmntproductions.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” MMNT may request reasonable identity verification before disclosing or changing information.

MMNT aims to acknowledge a request within seven business days; complete or substantively respond within 30 calendar days, unless additional time is permitted or reasonably required; and explain when information cannot be deleted because it must be retained for a legal obligation or claim.

MMNT uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the website and the information being handled. No website or communication system can guarantee absolute security.

If MMNT becomes aware of an incident affecting personal information, it will investigate, contain, and respond to the incident in accordance with its verified legal and operational obligations.

The website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. MMNT does not knowingly seek personal information from children through the website.

Material changes will receive a new effective date, updated version number, and a summary of the change. MMNT will provide direct notice or request renewed consent where required.

Continued browsing alone will not be treated as consent to optional analytics, advertising, or another activity that requires explicit consent.
